3.A. Deliverable(s) Platform: Linux web server without root access, needs to be able to run in a generic CGI-BIN Interface: Command line. Implementation: We require the Source Code and Executable and all code and libraries required to install from command Linux web server command line without root access. Preferences: Perl or PHP are preferred, but it can be done in another languages that appear on native apache web servers on linux. Documentation: How to install and some basic examples on usage. 3.B.
