Build App Store Using Open Source Script

We are looking for a Programmer or Web Developer to help us create an App Store for Artists, Musicians & Record Labels using Open Source Software. There are 2 Open Source Scripts we can choose from. We understand the scripts are ready to go from out of the box, but neither of the companies provide support for the scripts because they are Open Source. So you would need to advice us on which open source software is best to use to create our App Store. NOTE - Because the script you'll be using to build the App Store is Open Source you will need be to provide at least 3 MONTHS SUPPORT for the work you do. We have a maximum of $300 to pay for this project and we need it completed within 10 working days. Below are the 4 tasks we need doing on this App Store project: 1. INSTALL APP STORE & CREATE CATEGORIES I need someone to create an App Store on my own domain (Similar to Apple and Android Marketplace) using Open Source Software. WeI will be selling IOS, Android and Kindle Apps. We need to create 12 music categories on our website for each of the 3 app types (IOS, Android & Kindle). Our Publishers will be using [login to view URL] to create their IOS, Android and Kindle Apps. They will create a Free Version and Paid Version of their Apps for each of the platforms (IOS, Android & Kindle). Publishers must be able to create an account on our website and upload their 6 [login to view URL] a Publisher 2. INSTALL WORDPRESS SHOPPING CART PLUGIN: I want to install Wordpress Woocommerce plugin in a sub folder on my domain to use as a shopping cart to handle sales of the apps in my App Store. 3. INSTALL WORDPRESS LOYALTY POINTS PLUGIN: One of the reasons I need to use the Wordpress Woocommerce plugin as a shopping cart is because I want to run a Loyalty Points program on my site. So when people buy our apps they earn points. There is a really good Loyalty Points plugin that works well Woocommerce shopping cart. 4. CONFIGURE AMAZON DRM TO PROTECT APPS FROM PIRACY I need to stop the apps from being copied/shared/pirated so I will be using Amazon's Web Service DRM feature for this. You must therefore be able to configure Amazon Elastic Transcoder to enable DRM protection ([login to view URL]). I have about $300 for this project. Please leave PM if interested
