Build me a Application

Data Filtering app where we can filter data according to 1. Country - City - Vertical (Total data of each vertical data) - Company name (Total count of Companies Data ) - Designation (Total count of Data ). On the same screen where client can share his details i.e. Name, Company Name, Email Address. The customer should be allowed to choose multiple countries and multiple cities. However, the email that will be sent will have the countries and cities segregated separately. The app has to be mobile responsive to be able to run the app successfully on mobile/tablets and PC. App needs to be developed preferably in PHP on LAMP server setup. The data has to be on the server end and not accessible on the source code to avoid leakage of data. 2 Copies of the email will be sent out. 1. to the client on the email address entered. And 2.
