build a web page for a game

I am trying to make a webpage that you can play the card game concentration on. It only has to be very basic, and I have a file with all the images of the cards and the code for the format of the game (the table) already written. There's just a few things that I can't sort out (mostly the JQuery)...and that's where you come in!! Wiling to pay up to $40-50 depending on how quickly and well made the webpage is
