Build windows service that sends any file before executing to an api wait for results then either execute file or send it to a quarantine, must keep a log of files that have been scanned not to rescan them also we must have a online portal where all quarantine files lie as well where you can create exceptions of file extensions to be opened, no file extension can execute unless it is on this list Basically creating a new type of antivirus, but we have a database that is why the api integration is there
