Bulk Image Optimization Script

I have to reduce the size of a lot of images. There are approximately 20.000 to 60.000 images in one folder. See attached image I need a script that optimizes all the images in this folder. ===Image optimization conditions=== 1. Must be the same as the original name after optimizing the image. The image name should not be changed. 2. The image size must be the same. 3. You should reduce the image file capacity to at least 50%. If possible, reduce image capacity as much as possible.
