cs cart add on

We are an Irish company looking for an experienced team to build and install an addon for cs cart. This add on is an auction script with a slight difference that will also include the need for changes to and setting up of the payment gateways to allow them to conduct one and two stage payment processing. there will also be some design modifications required to the existing template but not too many ( this template is a purchased one) . We will also be looking for some design work on the menus which will be again purchased from the cs cart market place ( these menus are like the Amazon drop down menu and therefore each category needs an image) . Also the email server needs to be set to allow us to send the normal emails that cs cart sends , plus emails that will remind the buyer if they havent completed the purchase or making suggestions based on their last search the next day etc,., The vendor packages will also need amending to allow for variable percent commisions across each of our 3 packages . all back end is to be automated with no admin approval needed for sales, sign ups, seller approval etc,., Also we are using the multi vendor version of the CS Cart script and would like to be able to set up admin using different seller conditions ... there maybe some other items that can be discussed with the successful bidder. This project needs to be completed asap. PLEASE NOTE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MINE IF YOU HAVE NOT DEVELOPED ANY CS CART ADDONS BEFORE. YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED ...PERIOD. This site will be completely rebuilt in the next 12 months once up and running. Also ios and android apps will be required at that stage as well. Regards Mervyn
