Hi, I already have a program like that which takes all the order info for a given pair from the website binance, every 5 minutes, and then calculates the highest price, lowest price, total volume, % price change from last 15 minutes etc. I can provide you the the CSV file that I made using it and you can check if this is what you require or not. I made this for another employer few weeks ago. If you have some other website in mind from which I can get the info then that would work as well. I can make that program for you.
