Need to take a .psd file and convert it to a working WordPress theme.
Blog elements include:
1.) Header
2.) Two column design (Main Content column and right nav / widget column)
3.) Footer
4.) Unique comment graphics. Including comment bubbles (See example at: [login to view URL])
5.) There may be some other unique graphics to implement dymanically into the blog.
Code should rely extensively on .css. No tables! All <div> tags.
If I like your work on this project. I should have another blog for you to do in the next 2 weeks.
