Hi, I am using Microsoft Office 2007. I have a Rule set up to send an auto reply to all emails that come in to a specific email address. However this rule is not running correctly. I receive hundreds of applications each day from various sources into this one email address. Half of the emails come from a specific email address and when I manually reply it sends that reply to the personal email address. However, when using the script it does not send the reply to the personal "reply to" email address, it only sends it to the "reply" email address of the business that sends me these applicants. So none of my automatic emails reach the actual recipients. I need a script written for a rule that sends these emails to the "reply to" email address instead of the "reply" email address as it does when I manually press reply. The rule must do the following: 1) Send the automatic email reply to the "Reply To" email address not the generic email address that the actual application came from (so I need it to go to the email address that comes up if I manually hit reply) 2) Reply keeping the body of the email that I received so the recipient can see the email they initially sent to me to know what the reply is in regards to 3) Reply using their subject line but putting my subject line in front of theirs 4) Include the email to be sent in html format with an image for a signature I will also need instructions on how to add this script into Outlook to use it. Please only bid if you have done scripts like this before for Outlook 2007 and can do this within the next two days. I need to see this working on my computer before payment will be released. Thank you! If you need further information please contact me. Looking forward to finding the right person for this job.

Wrote Visual Basic macros previously for excel spreadsheets, the programming language should be similar. The task looks quite doable for me and won't take too much time to complete. Sub-task 4 should be clarified properly, otherwise it's ambiguous.

Hi Sir. Instead of writing a VBA script, i can develop a professional .Net Outlook add-in which will reply back to incoming emails according to your parameters. The add-in will be installed on top of Outlook like standard Outlook controls and shall be visible in top ribbon like other controls. Please discuss if you are interested. Thank you. Usman
