Hello, To develop web-based application you have to hire a web-programmer working on HTML, JS, CSS, PHP or Java, SQL. My experience is: 1. Business Analysis, 2. System Analysis, 3. Database Modelling and Design of Data structure, 4. Software Development 5. Testing 6. Elaboration of a legible project documentation I used analytical skills, UML, SQL, PHP, JavaScript and JSON, Ajax. I elaborated good ergonomic and intuitively obvious graphical user interfaces. Databases that I developed are good normalized. And no one piece of data is lost in any kind of workload. I am a programmer of any kinds of web based applications. Prepayment is $35 maximum.
