Create a Wordpress Template

Hello all I need a landing page coding that is working on Wordpress platform . with these rules - 1- The admin can select the landing page from the CMS wordpress as a template .clean with no sidebars but with header and footer . 2- The landing page is more than simple : one image (can be changed directly from the media by uploading it will be centered .) 3- The header and the footer can be edited (the content will be the image from "2") 4- Between the footer and the end of the image we want contact form 7 with horizontal fields containing this order from right to left: 1-First name+last name 2-Phone Number 3-Email 4- Multi choice which can be changed and added from the contact form 7 editor) 5-The "send" button will be at the left side . 6- If send is ok - the user is redirect to thank you page( no need to design it ) 7- If any error .. the messages from contact form 7 will appear inside the fields that need to be filled .the landing page will not be effected with strange errors on other elemnts.. 8- Leads collecting : ALL the leads will be sent to a new wordpress page this page will have to contain these : 8-1 : In the header : the name of the landing page -RTL 8-2 All leads information will be in on raw for each . with titles . if the landing page contains : Name -Phone -Email the the raw will have just [login to view URL] right to left RTL if it has another like Multi choice then automatically will be added : Name-Phone -Email -Multi choice that was selected by the lead. 8-3 This page must contain user name and password to be login with it . 8-4 The table will count how much leads are in that file and every leads has it's number . 8-5 The page will contain the time when the lead has registered .in the last field . 8-6 The statistics of the leads will appear at the end of report : Number of leads ... 8-7 The current date in the left side and the user who is logged in name under it. 9- The landing page will have to be responsive . with all it's elements . 10- Thank you page URL must be as blank field that the admin can enter it there .(in wordpress CMS TEMPLATE AREA) OR ANY other solution you can get me to add the thank you page URL So please if you can do all these articles that are must then you can bid for this project. all must be done with not going around. the landing page will be tested over and over to see all is fine . we will send you more detailed information if something is not clear .
