We are interested to have a real time insight in all flights that have (a) minimum 2hours delay or more and also (b) the cancelled flights and this for all arrivals and departures from a number of European airports. We need to know at least every 5minutes the hits on these delays and cancellations in an email report containing a file and in the body of an email with the following details: 1. Date DD/MM/YYYY 2. Day 3. Flight Number 4. Airliner Company 5. Departure airport 6. Arrival airport 7. Delay or Cancellation 8. Scheduled arrival time 9. Real arrival tima 10. If delay: number of minutes or hours delay 11. The distance in kilometer between departure and arrival city 12. Column were you add the potential claim cost based on below parameters 250 EUR if flight is +2h delayed or cancelled and if more than 1600KM distance 400 EUR if flight is +3h delayed or cancelled and if between 1500KM and 3500KM distance 600 EUR if flight is +4h delayed or cancelled and if more than 3500KM distance OR if 3h delayed or cancelled and still more than 3500KM you can claim 300 EUR Ideally we can access the result on a dashboard/tool as well so that we can audit trial all hits. In a later phase this information will be automatic fed in Facebook and Twitter in second phase. Thanks
