Developer / Team needed for Phase 1 of Workflow Website

I am looking for a freelancer or a small team of freelancers to put together Phase 1 of a workflow website. I believe the site has potential for significant growth and as such I have built an initial framework on AWS using Wordpress as a platform. The platform uses AWS building blocks including: - EC2 - ElastiCache - S3 - CloudFront - Route 53 I would like the processing and notifications sections of the site to be built using AWS building blocks including SQS/SWF/Lambda and SNS. The outcome I'm looking for in Phase 1 is simply a functional site that includes all elements of the workflow. It does not need to have graphics or look nice (over and above the basic Wordpress look and feel). It will simply be used to validate interest and to get a gauge on ongoing AWS costs. The site will be a platform for people to: - connect with a friend - offer them a bet (say I bet you I can jump over that fence) - choose a stake (whatever they like can be money, services, goods) - allow the friend to accept or reject the bet - either party to record the bet as a win or loss - other party to confirm bet as won or lost - either party to record the bet stake as being paid - other part to confirm bet stake has been paid My background is that I've worked in the IT industry in Australia and the UK for over 10 years firstly on the infrastructure side and then moving into architecture and consultancy. I have been a RedHat Certified Administrator for over 10 years, have also recently passed my AWS Certified Solutions Architect exam and have worked as a Project Manager under the PRINCE2 framework. As you see my background is technical and I understand project delivery so we should be able to easily communicate on technical issues, risks, delays etc. However my skillset does not extend to coding as it has been over 10 years since I've done any. So, summarily what I'm looking for is for someone / a small team that can code up the portions of the site that are beyond basic AWS and Wordpress hosting using the AWS tools I've spoken about. Preferably in PHP given my background and Linux is cheaper to run in AWS. Phase 2 will be making it look nice and preparing it for Production release. Certainly further work in Phase 2 and beyond if the work in Phase 1 goes well.
