Device Responsiveness Rectification - For A Social Media Site - CI Based - Front End Developer Needed

We need a full time experiencded front end developer who can able to rectify the Device Responsiveness of a social media site. The site is made with CodeIgniter. We have a purchased theme long time ago. That theme is responsive theme itself. But while we develop the site through CI we need to come up some pages that are custom. So there we need to do our own css. There we have some problem. You need to rectify those pages to all devices. Device like mobile, iphone, tablet, desktop, mac, large mac screen etc. Apart from the custom pages we also have some pages that we integrate from the theme. Those are responsive but has issues. You need to fix that, like button, text area, element responsive in all devices. First we need to check with 2 pages how you do for a small price like $15. If you qualify that then we will hire you for more pages. As we paid you so we can have your code with us irrespective of what happen. You can not revoke that. We have almost 10 pages and page may get increase. We can not afford more than $200 USD for this task in full. The test price $15 is extra that is for testing purpose. If your cost is high enough - please do not apply. We want full time serious freelancers who can work with us directly. Timing is 10AM to 6PM Indian time.
