making the website more user-friendly setting up a livechat (they already have the person that will answer it, it's just a matter of setting up whichever service we chose) adding some calls to action on the website redraw their menus adding some search filters adding multiple shipping options (like same day shipping and normal shipping) setting up their site so that it shows up as an AMP (accelerated mobile page) if possible with Prestashop.
