Expert Wordpress Payments Developer Required - PHP experience

We require an expert developer for our Wordpress website who has knowledge of payment pages. We have three issues that need fixed. 1. Currently we have PayPal and although our customers are billed once and never again after the first bill, PayPal is saying that we are going to charge them automatic payments which is not true (please see the image attached). We currently use a WooCommerce plugin. We previously offered recurring/monthly membership charges but no longer offer this so we are wondering if this is causing the issue. We have also attached an image of how the current WooCommerce PayPal admin page looks - there seems to be no option to change from monthly or yearly billing periods. (Please see other image attached). 2. We would like to add Crypto payments as an option along with our current options. Our competitor uses coinbase to do this. Finally Stripe have recommended we upgrade our payments with them using another plugin due to some updates they have been having it can be found here: [login to view URL] we need to make sure our website is up to date with the most recent Stripe gateway. Our website is Wordpress but with some PHP features and we need to be sure that other features of the website will not be affected by any changes you make.
