The site you have sent is in ASP.NET Microsoft technology (not my expertise) but I can tell Plan hide and shows works on toggle class of jquery library and microsoft ajax js. The exact path is not found because it is loaded via ScriptResource.axd. I hope you got the answer of what you want to find.
