Fixing a php and mixed content ssl issue on existing website

(1) After migration on the clients hoster, the website shows a php error, when updating the content of a page. (see screenshot attached). The website was developed on php 7.2 but the clients insists of using php 7.3 due to security reasons. Probably that is what causing the issue. (2) After implementing the ssl certificate, there is still mixed content showing. Is is due to "ionicframework" request that still runs via http instead of https. (see attachment)
