Geo Zones Shipping Selection in Product Admin Page in Opencart

Adding a Geo Zones Select/deselect button for weight based shipping in Product Admin Page of OpenCart store. This is what I want to achieve. I have setup weight based shipping for my Opencart store. but these days, some items like perfumes cannot be shipped internationally. Also, PERISHABLE items, I dont want to ship to some zones , I dont want ship them international or even away from my location/city. Therefore, I must be able to select/deselect the zones I dont want to ship them from product admin page. Once the NO SHIPPING zones are selected, if a customer from those zones added this product to his cart, he must be WARNED about the shipping like "THIS ITEM DOES NOT SHIP TO YOUR LOCATION, PLS REMOVE AND CONTINUE" He can continue checking out once he removed those items from his cart.
