Insert values from a form with dynamic input fields to Mysql database

I need a form where the user have the possibility to add more fields(or delete) and submit all the values in to the Mysql database. Here is the structure: Imagine you have in front of you an invoice, and you try to insert everything in to the Mysql database. We have 3 tables in the database: invoice_information, product_information, product_serial_numbers. - In the first table (invoice_information) we submit data like (supplier, invoice_number, invoice_date, invoice_value etc); - In the second table (product_information) we submit data like (product_name, product_price, product_quantity); - In the third table (product_serial_numbers) we submit data like (product serial numbers); So the user when fill up the values in the form, he has the posibility to add more rows dynamicly for products: For example we have an invoice with the following products: Product: Samsung S7 - Price: 300$ - Quantity: 1 piece; Product: Samsung S8 - Price: 500$ - Quantity: 3 pieces; Product: Iphone 7s - Price: 600$ - Quantity: 5 pieces; In this case the user must have the possibility to add more input fields to insert 3 products, but also where product quantity is higher the 1 piece the user must have the possibility to add more input field to insert all the serial numbers for the specific product.
