Do you think that we can change the data model a little if required? or we have to follow the ERD that you have given? Hi I have worked in Manufacturing Industry and have good knowledge of these concepts. I have also worked in MS technologies for 10+ years and have executed projects fir Microsoft as a customer when i was in Infosys. Coming to this problem there are some open source ERP that has excellent inventory tracking mechanism in place (this is on PHP and MYSQL). I offer this (customized for indian GST tax laws) to my customer as a hosted service. If you are interested i can take you through this also.
