Looking for a laravel and core php developer with the lowest rate for a long term work

For now i want build a website with the laravel. Here are the project requirment Company side - Main features: Booking management, calendar and cash register - More detailed features:calendar, services, late time bookings,products, company details, user details, working hours, customer database, statistics,income and customer reports,feedbacks and instructions. - Automatic monthly card payments by stripe or some other provider. First 3 months free of charge Customers side (frontend) - Searching and bookingservices - Services are searched with location (customer chooses distance 5-50 km and system finds suitable service providers, Google maps integration?), service and date. - After search client can compaere services by location, nearest booking time, price or ratings - Creating new customer user: NameNimi, Puhelinnumero, phone, email, password, credit card information - Account creation also with Facebook and Google account - 0,99€ / service charge will be charged from customer when he/she makes booking - Email notification about booking details to customer and also receipt of service charge - When customer has used service he/she will get email notification and link to rating the service and giving feedback
