Make a Bots with JS or Application

I have a computer engineering degree from CMU and I've been programming for 20 years - 8 years of C, 14 years of HTML, and 5 years of PHP. I already have a bot I've used to interface with craigslist, which is more complicated than most because of craigslist security. So I could adapt this to your needs. It's written in Java - is that ok?
