Mobile Menu Fix (X-Cart + Smarty + PHP/JS)

- Make sure mobile menu functions properly on all display sizes (should be only visible at 767px and below) - Make sure we have an 'X' on the top right of each menu popup to close the overlay - Cart icon and text needs to function properly, right now it's a bit off... The cart needs to display in an overlay as well, right now it redirects to the cart page. - Make sure everything works how it should when resizing browser. Everything needs to be 100% accurate Our site: [login to view URL] What we want: [login to view URL] Most of the functionality is there, we just need it to be touched up. Need the CART to show properly. Definitely need the X's to close. Last developer could do pretty much everything but couldn't handle the cart. Need to get this done ASAP. This site runs on X-Cart 4.7.9. Prefer developers that know eCommerce, XC (hopefully), and more important, Smarty template system.
