Mobile redirect JS script

Hello fellow freelancers, I need a script written in JS (most likely) that will do the next: 1) Recognize whether user is coming from mobile and if so: a) Redirect to mobile application if installed b) Redirect to app store (depending on mobile device, iOS to App store, Android to Play store) 2) Redirect specific URI requests to inapp links, so: If URL - URI is something like: [login to view URL] It would redirect to either iOS or Android (depending on device) to link that looks like this: myapp://link#321 3) If user comes from desktop do not redirect :) I already have (written) the script for 1) which works fine but I need it more advanced now.
