I need a specialist with Moodle plugin development competence, moodle is a learning management sysytem(LMS). Features of the Plugin are not limited to the following: 1) The Plugin will be able to authenticate the identity of the person taking an online CBT exam or test 2) The plugin will be able to determine the location where the test take is at the time he or she was taking the test or exam. 3) The Plugin should be able to authenticate the face and voice of the person taking the test or exam online. 4) The Plugin should also be able to work offline 5) The Plugin should be able to connect to the database of individual Institution to authenticate each valid student.
