Need to build a Traffic cum Online Money Making Website

We required a website, look like, www.likesplanet.com. (100% Same, concept) Theme need to be little different. It need to have a faceboook likes, yt subscribers, likes, dis like, mini job for points. Twiitter, linkedin, etc., Points need to convert into the payment facility of USD & INR only. For Indian Payment need to connect with PAYTM, and all the countries Paypal.
