Need bulk gmail mail sender program for marketing my website

Hello, I need bulk email program which use gmail ,hotmail or other free email providers emails to make bulk mailing. You know one gmail account send 30-50 emails daily . I want to make advertising for my website so i need such a program, -Change gmail or hotmail address when limit is finish. for example 1st gmail sent 50 emails and later system must go on 2nd gmail address , it will go like this. for next day system will again start to send at 1st email. I want to make this mailing all time, i will not stop the program, i will add maybe 1 million email and later start the program. - i want to set limits per gmail account ( for example this gmail account will send 30 emails and other will send 50 emails.. ) - I need to write sender and receiver name on program and , i need to add reply to this address form ( i will write my true email to receive replies) - create email groups. - import gmail accounts automaticly and detect the smtp configuration when adding. - need report for bounced or incorrect emails and remove them from list. - upload emails in csv or txt. - if possible i need system to work with proxy, for example after 500 emails sent, system must change the proxy auto and go on sending. - need to change random subject ( i will write different subjects and program will send randomly) - Program must send emails fast - i need tracking, who opened and who clicked the link. - it can be a software or online program. - i will send html emails. let me know if you make such project before. i need professional freelancers to give this project. i had some bad experiences with some freelancers, please read all carefully and bid if you can do all what i need....
