Firstly we won't select any agencies or anyone from outside of Europe, America or Australia. With all respect please do not acknowledge this and then apply anyway if you are not within these countries. okay.... We wish to sell self install car trackers and give people an easy to use web front end to view, track, report, set up fence gate alerts. Charging a monthly subscription via [login to view URL] for this service. We have in house coders that have made a start and got a great deal done, all the backend for tracking is complete (ill send the winning freelancer a short technical document in due course with whats ben complete so far.) its the front end that needs sorting. We will provide clear and easy requests of you, examples and plans via screenshots and previous code. Details.... We have a test car installed with a tracker that we have been using for a year so its solid, tested, reliable backend. All the trackers we use will have a sim card in them to report location, mileage, speed etc to a web back end. We are using a combination of our own code and [login to view URL] to power them to check the position every few seconds, Traccar is open source and we have the owner of Traccars permission to use as we wish and in a commercial basis. As suggested we will also need to allow self created and manageable client accounts, that could have multiple trackers (thing family with multiple cars),and have a monthly subscription facility (lets use a wordpress site / plug-in for this) I might get our current in-house coders to develop this as you and I work on this side of the project Sorry for the brain dump of bullet points, Im hoping it made sense :) Good Luck! oh....and remember if you arnt in Europe, USA or Aus, please don't apply ;) John
