I need a custom web browser that talks to a database on my computer that pulls pictures and excel tables of parts for a given query. I have the parts that go with a table with the picture of the assembly that is getting built in the drawing. The browser needs to pull up an instruction manual, and then print it. It pulls a series of pictures and tables with the instructions. The browser needs to download off the local internet at work and connect to the server on my computer.
