Need For Speed Opencart : Heavy extension

Last 2 days my website was awesome. Tested by someone and really fast. After installing new extension maybe, now the website very slow. From 2.5 sec to 17.5 sec loading time. the reason : This is the file creating issue, extension web have used is very heavy.
