Need help - Python script not executing after transfer to new system

I have a custom Python script I use for work and the system that I ran it on crashed, but I backed up the files (chrome driver, script, selenium driver..etc) and restored them to my laptop. However, now when I execute the script, the command line opens and then closes immediately, instead of running the script. This happened before when I transferred the script and a freelancer fixed it in 15 minutes, so this shouldn't take an expert very long. Please have at least 5 years of experience with Python 2 and 3 and speak FLUENT ENGLISH so we do not have issues with communication. Thanks!
