Apart from being a part of numerous projects in multiple domains, an empowering element in my professional stature has been my experience in working with the extraction of information from PDF and its subsequent storage into the Database for further application. A tool that has helped me tremendously through the course of the process is ‘pdf2text’ library which allows me to convert the protected document’s information into text & then to extract values using regular expressions, something that I have had my fair share of experience with.
