New/Update Modules on Existing Website/App (Laravel)

We have a website [login to view URL] built on PHP(Laravel). We want to update the existing modules and add new modules to the website. You can log on to [login to view URL] to know the working of the project. We already have an existing extensive backend from where we control all the working of the website. Please find below the list of modules that we need to update/add: 1. Add a section on the homepage of the website - Deal of the Day This section would be Full Dynamic and would showcase the best deals for that particular day. This would be set by the superadmin from backend. The deals would be dynamic with no limit to number of deals admin can post. [login to view URL] a section on the homepage of the website - Featured Deals This section would be Full Dynamic and would showcase the featured deals set from the backend by superadmin. The deals would be dynamic with no limit to number of deals admin can post. 3. MLM - Credit on Every Renewal/Upgradation for lifetime As of now we are sharing a commission of 8% from level 1 and 2% recurring from level 2 on first time purchase of any plan by any vendor. We want to change the system to credit the commission on every purchase/renew/upgrade of the plan. 4. Staff MLM - Dynamic % of commission for each staff As of now, we can only set a single percentage as staff sales commission. We want to change it to dynamic so that we have an option to set staff commission separately for every staff. 5. Accept payments through cheques As of now, the registered vendors can pay using payment gateway. We want to add a functionality to receive the payment via cheque. 6. Image features All the image upload sections are required to have a cropping feature and also an option to add images, gif, video files. 7. Edit/Delete records option from backend Currently we have only option to block a user, vendor or [login to view URL] need an option to delete the records from database 8. Product Tab on search results As of now, on the product search page only vendors are listed. We need another tab of products that are displayed as per user search criteria. 9. Android App for Users & Vendors with all the features as on website.
