Hello, My name is Sergey. I am Freelancer from [login to view URL], Russia. I can help you as PHP/MySQL programmer to add database-based "Sites" dropdown and "child" dropdown "Equipment". "Sites" dropdown will be filtered by user's organization. So, user can be able to select Sites related to his own organization. "Equipment" dropdown will be filtered according to the user's selection in the "Sites" dropdown. Next I will store user's selection in the "ticket" table. Will add 2 new columns.
