PHPExcel to Mysql

PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU READ ALL THE PROJECT AND YOU FULL UNDERSTAND IT This project consists mainly of data manipulation. It will be necessary to write a script that will choose a *xlsx file from a directory, based on a specific part of the file name. After that, the script should call PHPExcel to add nonexistant rows to a MySql table. After, the table should be presented as HTML5 (responsive way), with a date filter (choose month), and there should be a button in front of each row (edit button) that will open a popup window . In this popup window, it will be possible to add some information to that row (add a few fields), and the possibility to mark this row as "validated" or "edited" or "rejected". When marked, the popup will close, and the "edit button" on front of the row will change color and lable to either "validated" or "edited" or "rejected". When user decides that all lines/rows are edited, he should be able to generate a pdf report with validated rows, and this report should be emailed as an attach. After this step, this month should be considered as "closed" and it wont be possible to edit anymore. When closed the table within this date range (month) will only be available to view (not edit). Everything will be done on [login to view URL], on a new separator of a site with already made user authentication system.
