Plugin to automatically modify the footnote text of PDF files

We have a web wordpress with woocommerce. Our company works facilitating the processing of reports on vehicles of the public registry in Spain. We are a legal company and have been working in this sector for several years. Currently when a client requests a document, we manage it with the registration using our identity certificate, so we receive a PDF document that we later send by email from woocommerce, passing the order to completion. The PDF documents that we send to our clients include at the bottom of each page the personal data (Name and surnames) of the manager of our office that requests it, and since that document is finally addressed to a client, we need to know if they can offer us any application to eliminate that field that includes first and last name, and to do it automatically in all the PDF documents that we download and that are all with the same structure and characteristics.
