Possible nginx configuration issue can't upload images using Mumara

Using a Mumara install on my server I can't upload files, directory comes up with restricted error. I have had issues with nginx configuration in the past accessing the application directory. That issue was resolved but I believe a bit further configuration may be need for the application to access all of it's needed directories.
