We have a custom warehouse management system that needs to be able to create invoices and update quantity on hand in QBO. Using PHP, we need these 2 interfaces created using PHP for a 2 way synchronization between a MySQL database and Quickbooks Online: 1. Inventory update (bi-directional): Sync inventory levels recorded in MySQL to Quickbooks to ensure Quickbooks has the latest inventory quantities. Also sync Quickbooks to MySQL in cases where quantities are changed in Quickbooks. Please see this note on Inventory Updates in QBO: [login to view URL] 2. Invoice creation: Allow for the creation of invoices in Quickbooks based on records inserted into the MySQL database. Please see this link for an API example on creating a QBO invoice: [login to view URL] These interfaces will be written using PHP A cron job will manage the frequency this job runs.
