Rust Gambling Website

Hello freind . I'm trying to create my won rust gambling website. But I need help. I am looking for someone who can build and design a website for it. I need an expert in web designer. Who can create the coding for the game and as well the website. - Coinflip Duel Players deposit skins in where there is a set percentage player can match up to 10% of initial coinflip - Jackpot Everyone can bet on the jackpot, the higher the bet you make, you'll get a higher chance of getting the pot. Winner gets the pot. I do have a domain as well as hosting for you to connect and check if it works. You will have to set up all backend things. You need to make a Steam API trade bot for people that want to deposit game skins. I also would like for players to be able to view their total bet, deposit, and profit\ I also need a location where it says login and the user can link there steam account to deposit there rust skins from steam. Also at the top would like to have ' Active Games' and to the right of it shows how much money is being gambled with entirely on the site. I need the website to show the names of people gambling and rust skins they are gambling with. So if they put up a coinflip for $5 Iwould like it to show what coin they are betting on as well what skins they are betting with and how much money there bet is. You need to create the website. I will be using a color theme. We will be using game skins for Rust on the website. The house tax will be customizable for the owner, so make it easily adjustable since at holidays we will lower it. I want to make sure that it is possible to work (Add/Delete) on the website while its running and to update the website if i would like too. Please use the attached images as examples.
