Scrape and import products to WooCommerce

I would like to create a plugin or standalone script that will scrape and import products from my suppliers website to my WordPress WooCommerce site. My suppliers all have a private website that lists each product with information, category and price. The tool should scrape product information from my suppliers, and update my woocommerce shop every two days with the latest prices and it should be done automatically. The tool should pull the product name, description, image, category, price + convert to local currency. Errors: 1. If the products are up-to-date, the Scraper will only automatically update the prices. 2. The scraper should know when there is a “No product / Product change” in the product source and produce an alert. Also this plugin should work with: Dynamic IP or TOR I will give more info on this and the sites address' when we start the project.
