When a user clicks on a button, I need the script to pull some data from db and format it into a downloadable pdf file, just like the example file I am attaching. I am attaching 2 different tables for you to play with. One table is for questions (use the jos_quiz_t_question.c_question column), and the other for answers (use the jos_quiz_t_text.c_text, where jos_quiz_t_text.c_blank_id = jos_quiz_t_question.c_id
