Hey there, I have understood your requirement, you wish to automatically send an email whoever submits a Google form along with the additional data from the attached spreadsheet. Prior calculations will be done before the emails will be sent from the spreadsheet. I have recently concluded a similar job and should be able to do what you want fairly quickly.
