Hello, We need a little development to send out sms to a gsm number with the twillo libraries. The SMS will generate a hyperlink to the person that receives it. When clicked will take it to the [login to view URL] button for the prepayment. everything in a nice table with whether it was sent, whether it paid if it was The numbers will be entered manually by an operator We will provide the database hosting..we prefer the project to use some stable php and jquery framework
