Its nice to see your project posted here. 1) In my opinion this project should be done in custom php rather than going with a CMS like wordpress etc. 2) Since you need multiple languages, you can either user database or use XML files forlanguage implementation. 3) I understand the flow which you have talked about. However, I dont know how the membership, supervisor role etc will come into play as far as the flow is concerned. 4) Can you also tell me if the actual payments will be done through this system, or only electronic record is kept..?
