SuiteCRM Theme Customization

Requirements: SuiteCRM is an opensource CRM. It is a great platform, but I would like to make some theme customizations to it. Please apply only if you know what SuiteCRM is and have tried it before. I don't have time to show around and teach how the platform works. If you can do this one, I will get you another project to optimize the dashboard of the platform. What I need done: For this project, I need to customize a few things in the default theme of SuiteCRM which is called SuiteP. It is one and only theme that is available in SuiteCRM. Please check the image I uploaded. This is how I want it to look like. I created this in Photoshop so I can show a developer what I want my theme to look like. In particular, this is what needs to be changed in the theme: 1. Make background color all white, no gray area like in the original theme. 2. Create thin light gray lines to divide sections of the screen. 3. Get rid of fat buttons. 4. Tab colors optimized. Whichever tab is selected has the color. The rest of the tabs are gray. 5. Tabs instead of subpanels at the bottom of the screen. 6. Optimize the contents of the tab(subpanel) to look like this. More cleaner and nicer. 7. That graphic is optional. If that can be done to reflect the stage of lead, that would be amazing, and will be paid separately. Also I need to customize the dashboard to look and feel like in the picture I provided. I also need to customize the list view of the CRM to look the same. Please install your own instance of SuiteCRM and customize the theme on it. Then send me a installable zip file of the theme so I can install it on my platform. The picture only shows a LEAD screen of the CRM. I also need to make the whole CRM looks like this, not just leads section. In the end you need to make sure your customized theme can be installed through Module Loader in SuiteCRM, so I don't have to do anything under the hood.
