I already have Osticket however will need the following to be added
1.) Dashboard for Self Service
2.) Can create a ticket directly from the self service page.
3.) Improvements
4.) Automatic Rules
5.) Email Rules - tickets assigned automatically
6.) Set Rules for partner to one employee can see to see all their company tickets raised.
