Hello sir, I am professional joomla developer with having more than 8+ years experience. i read your description and just wonder as you mention it' s 1 hour work. sorry but sir if your joomla version is up to 2.5.28 then it's not take long time. Your current joomla version is 1.5 so first we have to upgrade to joomla 2.5 and after we upgrade to latest version. also joomla 1.5 template is not support responsive and bootstrap so in latest version we have to make new template if you want responsive template then. Well it's up to you if you want quality of work then as per work you have to increase your budget. Hope you understand and think about this. Thanks.

Yes it is simple task but sir you are using very old version and now you want to upgrade to latest one so sometime it may break in functionality so we need to check first for this and then we can proceed with safe way.
