Video Editor Script

Hi. I am looking for Experienced Web Developer for Long term project in PHP/MySQL & Extensive Exp in FFMPEG. I have a basic video editor which needs complete rewamp and lots of additional features to be added in that. This will include adding audio to video, generating audio from text, adding images in video, changing video background, mixing audio to video and other normal features which are included in script that i will give (cut copy paste crop join etc). This will be long term project as i will be using same editor in many projects and i prefer to hire same person who did this editor if everything is provided within time and budget. P.S. Website Editor which i will give needs complete rewamp of its UI according to our needs.
